At Cherry Tree Technology, we value the privacy of each of our customers, affiliates, and associates, and take very seriously the responsibility to safeguard personal information from abuse. Any personal information provided in the general course of using this site, or in the process of settling any dispute arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, e-mail address, or credit card or bank account information will be kept strictly confidential.

As such, we will NEVER, under any circumstance, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute personal information in any way unless such distribution or sharing of said information is due to the following reasons:

• It is required to forward your information on to another department or one of our vendors for the sole purpose of providing service or support and/or delivering product.
• It is requested by our lawyers or a government legal entity for purposes of resolving a dispute and/or assisting with pending litigation, arbitration, or lawsuit.

We use Internet Crafters to measure page views, link and button actions, campaign referrals, search and AI crawler visits, and structural browser errors. Recorded actions distinguish call buttons, maps or directions, email links, downloads, outbound links, submit-button clicks, and form-submission attempts. A successful response from our contact-form handler records a separate completed-form event without the answers. These actions do not prove that a call connected, an email was sent, or how many different people contacted us.

Ordinary first-party collection records the page path, time, a temporary session-storage identifier, sanitized campaign labels, and limited action metadata. It does not collect form values, visible text, phone numbers, email addresses, raw advertising click identifiers, URL query strings, or exception messages. Crawler request metadata is collected separately; the portal stores a keyed hash rather than the raw crawler IP address.

If Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, the Internet Crafters browser collector sends only reduced-data page-view and generic click counts, with minute-rounded times. This mode uses no session storage, campaign attribution, detailed action categories, extra form-submission events, or browser error reports. Browser blockers may prevent collection entirely. Our hosting and network providers still process request metadata to deliver the site; reduced-data collection is not a guarantee that all processing is anonymous.

Internet Crafters retains exact events for 90 days; daily aggregate history and grouped issue records remain afterward. Our service providers process this information to operate and improve the website. For privacy questions or requests, contact answers@cherrytree.tech. Without a visitor identity, it may not be possible to locate a specific visit in these reports.

This website also uses Google Analytics, which operates separately and may use cookies and process device and interaction information. The Internet Crafters privacy-signal behavior above does not automatically disable or configure Google Analytics.
